Its about size & thickness of a regular cough drop. Its big enough to give great detail without being too big. I love the color of the mystic stone. Goes great with all colors. Also that is Sterling silver & sturdy. Thicker chain than I've ever got with a pendant! Mine is about 20" long. I normally wear 20 to 24" and this one hangs perfectly.
