Best Instrumental Music Collection Vol. 2 - Relaxing Background Music for Study, Work & Meditation

I've listened countless times to both of Sony's Best Instrumentals volumes 1 and 2, and it's always the first volume I inevitably choose to play first. If time doesn't allow me to finish listening to all of the second one, at least I know I've had the pleasure of listening to practically all the best songs from both. Not that the second volume isn't worth the time, but Santana's inimitable guitar playing on volume one raises the bar for a more expressive and emotive listening experience. The fluency of his unadulterated playing on volume one is simply dazzling in its eloquence, and Best Instrumentals Volume 2 never conjures up that magical and mesmerizing quality. Still it's Santana, although understated in its songs selection. If you haven't purchased volume one, buy it before purchasing volume 2. The original, Volume One, remains the best of Santana's instrumentals and it is clearly a five star selection.
